Pelican BioThermal has launched its new CoolPall Vertos Advance. The latest innovation in single-use, passive bulk freight shipping solutions, it builds on the success of the existing CoolPall Vertos product range.

The new CoolPall Vertos Advance has all the beneficial key features of the original CoolPall Vertos range of single-use bulk shippers, but offers additional advancements. These include incorporating phase change material (PCM) and vacuum insulated panels (VIPs), which provide fridge hold capabilities for added stability.

The inspiration for the new product addition came from customer feedback highlighting a need for a passive shipper with the ability to be placed in refrigerated storage during transportation. With a volume of 1,680 liters, the newly unveiled CoolPall Vertos Advance ISOPAD has a temperature range of 2 to 8 degrees C and a duration of up to five days.

CoolPall Vertos Advance’s reliable and robust specifications make it ideal for the rigors of global logistics applications covering routes to emerging markets including Brazil, Russia, Indonesia, and Eastern European destinations.

Key features of CoolPall Vertos products include:

•Strict temperature control for global distribution

•Utilization of high-density molded materials providing lightweight thermal and mechanical integrity

•Ergonomic design of interlocking components ensuring quick and easy assembly

•Modular components used in the entire product range

•Reduced flat-packed height-saving storage space and minimized in-bound distribution costs

•Accepts full pallets for operational speed and efficiency
