Emerson has released its enhanced GO NFC Logger solution. This new logger now offers increased flexibility by supporting both Android and iOS devices for downloading temperature data via short-range near-field communications (NFC).
An optional NFC desktop pad reader accessory is also available. Data can be stored locally or uploaded, managed, and analyzed via the Oversight online portal and cold chain data analytics system.
“Simply place the GO NFC Logger on the pad reader or read the logger with your mobile device and the data is automatically transferred,” said Frank Landwehr, vice president and general manager, Cargo Solutions at Emerson. “With our customers in mind, we’ve made our NFC solutions easy to use and now provide several download and viewing options.”
The Oversight dashboard and GO NFC mobile app manage all GO NFC Logger shipments throughout transport. Alerts, robust reporting of transit activity and access to historical data are all available.
