Thermo King presented its 2019 North America Dealer of the Year award to Transport Refrigeration during its annual dealer principal meeting in February.

Based in De Pere WI, Transport Refrigeration was honored with the top award in front of fellow dealers and Thermo King management, and was recognized for its leadership in the network and its commitment to customers.

“Transport Refrigeration is a long-time Thermo King dealer that performs exceptionally year after year because they are solely focused on our customers and providing the right solutions to improve their operations,” said Karin De Bondt, president of Thermo King Americas.

Transport Refrigeration, which also received the Thermo King 2019 Central Region Dealer of the Year award, is part of a family of dealerships owned by Bill Dawson, Doug Myers, Mike Mirro, and recently retired David Swanson. Other locations include Madison, Mosinee and Tomah WI, and Lowell AR.

“We are very proud and humbled to receive this top Thermo King award for 2019,” said Doug Myers, president of Transport Refrigeration. “Our leadership team has built a culture that empowers our employees, is focused on growth and always puts the customer first. This recognition confirms that we are doing the right things.”

Other Thermo King dealerships recognized for 2019 performance include:

Thermo King’s annual dealership awards are determined on a number of performance and leadership criteria, including business growth, being an excellent brand ambassador, and providing an exceptional customer experience that delivers real solutions for individual customer needs.
