Customer-centric model delivers express services, dwell-time monitoring and real-time updates; extends dealer hours

Thermo King, a leader in transport temperature control solutions, is expanding its customer-centric Blue Track service delivery model after launching successful pilot programs at dealerships in North America and Europe.

The service model of Blue Track by Thermo King is the culmination of several years of working hand-in-hand with customers to address their needs, the company said, and has been integrated into participating dealer locations throughout North America. Blue Track by Thermo King dealers provide customers standardized and enhanced service offerings that redefine customer service in the transport refrigeration industry.

The transport refrigeration industry plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of fresh food and medicine to communities around the world.
