J.J. Keller & Assocs. has added on-demand video training to its broad array of transportation-related management tools. The web-based service allows fleets to train employees anywhere there is an internet connection, the company said. Developed by its training experts, the new training system uses the best-available online video and streaming technologies, according to J.J. Keller.

The company offers two access options: a Pay Per View option that lets users pay as they go, and gives them 72-hour access to the video via the internet, and a Video Subscription Service that provides unlimited online access to J. J. Keller's entire video library for a year.

Both options include an online recordkeeping tool to help users track which employees have been trained and when.
