Dec. 14, 2012

The police bomb squad was deployed to an Oklahoma City, OK, trucking company when two pipe bombs were found Monday attached to a truck’s gas tank, according to a report in News OK.

The bombs were discovered attached to the rig by an employee of Magerus Trucking Co. at about 4:50 p.m. Monday, according to Oklahoma Police Sgt. Tyara Nash, who confirmed the devices to be working bombs. The bombs were destroyed on site by the Oklahoma City police bomb squad.

No one was hurt, and no additional explosive devices were found when bomb technicians swept the scene, Nash said.  No arrests were reported in the case.
