New report unveils enforcement disparity

Sept. 5, 2013

Vigillo’s IQ Lab is offering a comprehensive state enforcement statistics report that notes enforcement disparity by county and state. The report, titled Comprehensive State Enforcement Statistics, provides analysis of inspections, violations and crashes in a state-by-state, county-by-county format.

It is available for purchase for $499.

The report is a comparative analysis of inspections, violations and crashes for the 48 contiguous United States, drilled down to the county level and normalized by the number of commercial vehicle miles traveled, Vigillo said.

“We’ve decided to pull the curtain back on enforcement priorities in different regions,” explained Steven Bryan, founder & CEO of Vigillo LLC. “It’s important for every carrier to understand what they’re facing in the area in which they operate.  Since this is a federal program, ideally enforcement should be uniform across the states, but the report will reveal that unfortunately that is not necessarily the case.”

The report can be purchased by visiting http://vigillo.com/solutions/iq-lab/.
