Digging into Detroit Assurance

At a recent press event in Miami, Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) showed off how its new Detroit Assurance "safety suite" package helps smoothly manage following distance for tractor-trailers. This proprietary technology package will initially only be available on 2016 Freightliner Cascadia and Cascadia Evolution tractors equipped with Detroit engines starting in the first quarter of 2015.
