FleetDrive 360, a provider of cloud-based solutions for FMCSA and DOT compliance management, has launched the enterprise version of its software tailored specifically for larger fleets. This new package combines compliance management features with customizable branding capabilities within a single system, according to a company press release.
"With the introduction of our Enterprise version, we address the unique needs of larger fleet operations by consolidating all compliance management features into one powerful solution," stated Nic Sallis, chief operating officer at FleetDrive 360. "By having access to all their data in a centralized platform, larger fleets can eliminate major pain points, streamline recordkeeping, and achieve enhanced compliance, ultimately enabling them to focus more on core business activities and growth."
FleetDrive 360's Enterprise Solution has been designed to quickly onboard drivers via an automated qualification process. It digitizes driver documents and performs various pre-employment screenings, including state and federal background checks, CDLIS, PSP, and MVR records checks.

The platform also integrates with the most common electronic logging devices to facilitate importing ELD data, such as BigRoad, Geotab, Motive, Samsara, and Trimble ELDs.
Additionally, it provides a single dashboard for drug and alcohol random testing, the company stated, to allow fleets to control the entire testing process and eliminate third-party expenses.
The system offers company-specific branding for messages and documents and a branded recruiting portal to integrate into companies' platforms or websites to start the hiring process.
FleetDrive 360's automated compliance solution is accessible from any computer or mobile device. The platform supports API connections to integrate existing transportation management systems and HR platforms.
