The portal provides drivers with online forms for submitting expense, fuel and mileage claims, reducing fleet paperwork and speeding up driver settlements. Time limits can be set by fleets to insure prompt data entry by drivers.
Drivers can also use an online “vehicle builder” tool to let them choose make, model and specifications. Once approved by management, drivers can then track delivery status. Other features of the drivers' portal include internal vehicle auctions and online accident claim forms. www.chevinfleet.com
