Enhanced email and .pdf functionality as well as improved load scheduling are among the improvements provided in Version 6 of Prophesy Transportation Solutions’ DispatchSeries.
In this updated version, users will be able to easily and quickly convert an on-screen report into a .pdf and attach it to an email in just one click. The load scheduler will allow viewing of load history up to eight days and can now depict completed loads.

Other updates include last commodity tracking, which tracks the last commodity or commodities hauled in a trailer, trailer washout tracking, and alerts including the time, location and type of washouts performed on each trailer. In addition, a new alert center allows users to create custom alerts to enforce business rules and monitor driver appointments.
Current Dispatch users with a CompleteCare support plan will receive Version 6 at no extra charge.
