The number of fleets using Decisiv’s Service Management Platform (DSMP) has now reached 100, the company has announced. DSMP connects fleets with dealer and distributor service locations as well as truck and component manufacturers.
Decisiv said the portal enables fleet breakdown and maintenance managers to save time by eliminating phone calls. Users receive an electronic folder with the complete service history from the initial service request to the final invoice including appropriate documents, inspection results, repair and maintenance details.
“The DSMP Fleet communications portal is a first of its kind, web-based platform that builds an intelligent, point of service electronic bridge between fleets and their suppliers and service providers,” said Dick Hyatt, president. “For a growing number of companies it is enhancing workflow and communication and leading to improved uptime, lower operating costs and streamlined business processes.”
Decisiv offers a free version called FleetBasic and its more advanced fee-paid version is branded FleetPlus.
