Carrier411.com an automated, Internet-based carrier qualification and monitoring service for brokers and shippers, has announced a new carrier qualification settings feature. The feature enables brokers and shippers to configure and apply their company standards for qualifying carriers, making it quicker and easier for everyone involved in the carrier selection process to identify whether any carrier is acceptable, not acceptable, or requires management review.

"Carrier411.com helps brokers and shippers avoid using unqualified carriers that do not meet their hiring standards," said Darren Brewer, president of Carrier411.com. "Our qualification settings feature now makes it easy for dispatchers to know and follow company policy when selecting carriers, despite whether the company has formally documented its qualification guidelines."

According to the company, Carrier411.com currently monitors 508,159 companies for carrier safety ratings, SafeStat scores, insurance and authority. A free 30-day trial of the system is available.
