Mobile Awareness has added a sensor enhancement to its family of SenseStat Obstacle Detection Sensor Systems, allowing for greater protection of the sensors while providing more mounting flexibility and reliability, the company said.
The SenseStat SE models available are the Wireless (MA-ODSS-4M17W-SE), Wired Truck & Trailer (MA-ODSS-4M17TT-SE) and the Wired Box Truck (MA-ODSS--4M17BT-SE). Each model monitors four zones in real-time and includes an LED display that indicates direction or location of an obstacle. It is accurate within one inch and includes a 3-yr/unlimited warranty.
According to the company, the SE versions can be mounted directly to vehicles vertically or horizontally.
