Xata Corp. announced that its Xata Turnpike fleet management solution is now compatible with the Motorola Xyboard Android tablet computer

Xata Corp. announced that its Xata Turnpike fleet management solution is now compatible with the Motorola Xyboard Android tablet computer.

The Xyboard is Motorola’s next-generation tablet. Lighter and more powerful than its predecessors and available with both an 8.2-in. and 10.1-in. widescreen HD display, the Xyboard includes a powerful dual-core 1.2GHz processor and features 1GB of RAM.

“As an industry leader in innovation, we’re working hard to ensure that Xata Turnpike is available on the newest, most useful and most popular mobile devices on the market today,” said Christian Schenk, vice president, product marketing, Xata. “We’ve certified a dozen Android devices in just the past year, giving our customers the ultimate in flexibility and choice.”

Turnpike is a low-cost electronic onboard recorder solution from Xata.
