Innovative Computing Corp. has announced its Enterprise Software (IES) R8V02M03 has been certified for IBM’s i 6.1 operating system.
According to the company, through the upgrades to IBM’s operating system and hardware, Innovative customers will receive a re-engineered processor (Power6), operating system enhancements, optimized storage and memory management, enhanced storage area network, enhanced internal integration and a lower total cost of operation.
Innovative also announced new enhancements and modules for IES R9, expected to be available in late spring 2009. They include IES Snap, Hazmat enhancements to master files, e-mail field expansion, FlexPay Interface to TLC, and other enhancements to FlexFuel.
