Vessage, a website aimed at matching shippers with carriers, promises a user-friendly portal to post and view both loads and trucks, according to its developer The site contains an overview of freight matching, advertising information, and other resources to aid customers and offers subscriptions to email and text messages regarding available loads in specified locations.
“We have taken more than a year to conduct extensive research on the needs of both shippers and carriers in the transportation industry; and we have used the results to carefully craft a fully functional website,” said Ian Brown, Vessage chief technical officer.
