Cheetah unveils new Customer Visibility software

The ability to quickly and easily determine order status, driver location, ETA and more has been added to Cheetah Freight and Cheetah Delivery solutions with the new integrated Cheetah Customer Visibility software.

Designed for delivery and LTL carriers, the software provides real-time order status information to the carrier’s customers. The result is a decrease in customer service requests, improved transparency and customer satisfaction.

The solution is available now at no additional cost or infrastructure requirements.
