Regional LTL carrier Saia has announced upgrading its website by adding new e-commerce options, offering customers quick access to resources, usually with three clicks of a mouse or less.

New e-commerce tools include multiple pro tracking—up to 20 at one time—and a transit calculator to allow customers to more easily track shipments and determine transit times, said Rick O’Dell, president of the Duluth, GA-based carrier.

An updated “Saia Secure” section on its website addresses individual shipment needs and sensitive business transactions, while providing access to a variety of shipping data specific to each customer’s company, he added.

“In our fast-paced industry, we recognize that our customers’ time is valuable,” said O’Dell. “We are confident the new enhanced Saia website will become our customers’ most powerful terminal, ultimately providing them even more time to focus on their business.”
