Prophesy Transportation Solutions has released the latest version of its DispatchSeries software, including a new commissions module, a broker/agent security feature, and other user-requested enhancements and functions, the company said.
According to the company, through the commissions module users can assign one or more dispatchers or salespeople to customers and automatically calculate and report on commissions due, as well as set up commission schedules to pay based on gross revenue, gross margin, or a fixed amount per load.
In addition, the broker/agent security feature enables users to assign customers to specific dispatchers or agents to ensure that only those users can see their load activity, Prophesy said.
Other new functions include additions to the existing radial search; a “Best Fit” search that allows users to match carriers to loads in lanes that they have run historically; and the ability to book a load in one company and assign it to another, the company said.
