DFConnect, a software system for managing fuel purchases, and two related patents have been sold by Innovative Computing Corp. to Epona LLC, a privately held company specializing in management software solutions.

“DFConnect was created by members of our team to remove data entry responsibilities from the driver and provide secure purchasing management for the carrier,” said Ernie Betancourt, president of Innovative. “Although we have sold the rights to Epona, we will be working very closely with them to bring this new tool to market.”

Epona will be announcing further details of the product and its availability in the near future, according to Innovative.
