Stemco has released the AirBat RF DAS in-cab indicator, which the company said alerts drivers of under-inflated tires, helping fleets increase safety, fuel efficiency and the life of the tires.

According to Stemco, AirBat RF DAS works with AirBat tire pressure monitoring sensors to inform the driver wirelessly and in real-time that tractor and trailer tires are improperly inflated.

The company also introduced an AirBat tire pressure-monitoring sensor designed for single wide tire applications, which works in conjunction with existing BAT RF products-- including the DAS Driver Alert System, the Handbat handheld reader, and WebBat, Stemco’s internet-based fleet management software.
