Skybitz has announced the addition of six fleets to the list of customers using its Global Locating System (GLS) trailer tracking technology.

Capacity Solutions, Murfreesboro TN; Go-To Transport, Bay City, MI; KK Integrated Logistics, Menominee, MI; Morgan Southern, Conley GA,; Plumline Freight Services, Camden, SC; and Transborder Logistics, McAllen, TN, have each chosen the SkyBitz GLS 200 with Smart Sensor Tracking.

GLS 200 automatically filters out the trailer’s non-essential starts and stops, reporting only “actionable” information, e.g., load arrival and departure times, as determined by the customer.

According to Sterling, VA-based SkyBitz, the company’s untethered trailer tracking technology is now used by more than 290 fleets.
