Advantech, a global ePlatform service provider, has announced that logistics operations personnel can easily access real-time data from warehouse management systems using its new Advantech MARS-1030 series compact mobile terminals

Advantech, a global ePlatform service provider, has announced that logistics operations personnel can easily access real-time data from warehouse management systems using its new Advantech MARS-1030 series compact mobile terminals.

The terminals feature a secure built-in wireless module, according to Advantech. The portable data terminal is bundled with a proprietary data collection system and wireless link to provide a seamless logistics solution to warehouse managers, the company noted.

MARS-1030’s support for 1D/2D barcode protocols and RFID enables massive volumes of data capture, the company noted, stating it makes improved efficiency and productivity in warehouse management a reality.
