Carrier offers real-time tracking app

Feb. 27, 2012

Reddaway is offering a mobile app to customers for real-time shipment tracking and monitoring. The mobile app is free and available for both iOS and Android platforms. There is also a mobile web version.

“We’re making this as accessible to as many people as we can,” said Reddaway president & CEO T.J. O’Connor. “The ability to track shipments in real-time ‒ anywhere, anytime ‒ empowers our customers, opening the door to better and faster decision-making, increased responsiveness and improved productivity.”

Customers using the app will be able to check their shipment status with only the Pro, BOL or PO number.

Currently, only shipment tracking and Reddaway news are available on the map, but additional features such as locating the nearest service center will be added in the months ahead, the company said.
The app can be downloaded at reddawayregional.com/gomobile.
