J.J. Keller & Associates has launched a new service that will monitor drivers’ DOT roadside inspections along with the management of driver qualification documentation to identify driver compliance deficiencies before they become liabilities, it said.

The DQ Platinum service flags critical compliance gaps and detects inaccurate or questionable roadside inspection data, the company said. Once identified, the service will take the steps necessary to get the wrong data removed from the carrier’s DOT number.

It also provides daily monitoring and notification of inspected drivers, monthly CSA reports, receipt and retention of roadside inspection reports, DataQ administration and tracking, and CSA intervention support. DQ Platinum offers reporting across all of the CSA Behavioral Analysis and Safety Improvement Categories (BASICs).

“DQ Platinum is the perfect solution for companies that are working to minimize their DOT exposure,” said Scot Rambo, director of compliance services. “We’re helping companies protect themselves from intervention and litigation by being extremely proactive with the management of their driver qualification and CSA data.”

J.J. Keller is also hosting a free webcast entitled, “Driver Qualification and Roadside Inspections: Understanding the CSA Connection” on Tuesday, Feb. 28 from 1-2 p.m. CST. The webcast covers topics as DOT standards for driver qualification, common roadside inspection violations, and how inspections impact your BASIC scores. You can register for the webcast at the News and Events page of jjkellerservices.com.
