Dossier User Group meeting set for New Orleans

May 2, 2012

The annual Dossier User Group Summit will take place Oct. 23-25, 2012, in New Orleans. This year’s conference will be preceded by an optional Day of Service to help rebuild parts of the city still recovering from Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

The annual conference is held for users of the Dossier fleet maintenance management software from Arsenault Associates. At the conference, attendees will receive updates on Dossier, including new features, as well as previews of future versions.

“This meeting provides real value to attendees, year after year,” said User Group chairman Greg Walsh, director of maintenance for New World Van Lines. “This year’s event will build on that tradition. The 2012 Dossier User Group Summit is about increasing productivity and lowering operating expenses.”

The event will also allow fleet representatives the opportunity to work with Dossier fleet consultants and “tune-up” their Dossier installations. There will also be an opportunity for the exchange of ideas.

“The 2012 Dossier User Group Summit will feature a broad agenda, with coverage on everything from basic program features up through advanced industry topics. There will be something for every level of Dossier user,” Walsh said.

Those wishing to take part in the Day of Service can arrive on Monday, Oct. 22, for a welcome dinner hosted by Arsenault Associates. The Day of Service will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 23, and include team building working on a Habitat for Humanity project.

Attendees will also have the option to register for post-conference hands-on training on Friday, Oct. 26.
