PowerVue to transmit over powerful Verizon M2M management center

Aug. 7, 2012

Cadec Global announced that its PowerVue solution will now utilize Verizon Wireless’ M2M management center for customers with devices on the Verizon Wireless Network.

The M2M management center will help PowerVue identify when devices are connected to the Verizon Wireless Network and monitor those devices to ensure they are operating at peak performance for quick exchange of real-time data such as vehicle mileage, workflow, fuel economy or driver performance.

Cadec said it will also be able to deploy devices in as little as one day over the network.

“Our deployment of the Verizon Wireless M2M management center is another way for Cadec to improve efficiencies for our fleet customers, for which real-time data exchange and communications are critical,” said Jon Bernstein, CEO of Cadec.  “Cadec is focused on helping our customers improve fleet performance and enabling them to make the best business decisions in dispatch, logistics and other pertinent facets of their operations.”
