TomTom Business Solutions has expanded the reporting capabilities of its WebFleet fleet management software to include more than 40 different reports. The new reporting provides more insight into operations to help fleets reduce costs; improve efficiency, productivity and customer service; and comply with legal obligations, TomTom said.
“Visibility is the key to effective fleet management and with these new reporting capabilities, TomTom customers now have access to one of the richest reporting suites on the market,” said Michael Geffroy, vice president, TomTom Business Solutions. “Our customers can leverage the broad range of pre-defined reports we provide, based on businesses’ typical fleet management needs, or easily customize their own reports. With this information, fleet managers are able to make decisions and adjustments in real-time, continuously improving their operations.”
WebFleet is at the heart of TomTom’s Worksmart fleet management solution, enabling businesses to manage their fleet 24 hours a day, from any computer. It requires no software installation. The online application offers live vehicle and location information and its dashboard provides a real-time and historical trend overview.
New capabilities include:
-
Trip reports
-
Location reports
-
Maintenance reports
-
Working time reports
-
Driving performance reports
-
Order status reports
-
I/O reports
-
Administrative reports
Fleet managers can customize reports, schedule regular reporting cycles and access historical data with a cloud-based storage archive.
The WebFleet.connect open API allows its reports and underlying data to be integrated seamlessly with other back office systems, such as accounting software, to help simplify and streamline administrative tasks.
