A new web app for smartphones from ContiTech Air Spring Systems will help users quickly locate the spare parts they need.
The app, built off the company’s European version and customized for North America, lets users find the ContiTech air springs that are right for them. The new application shows only the air springs ContiTech offers on the spare parts market in the NAFTA region.
“The American market is increasingly important for us,” said Dirk Hoffmeister, head of the Commercial Vehicle Replacement segment at ContiTech Air Spring Systems. “With the new mobile app, we aim to offer our customers a special service based on our expertise as a recognized original equipment manufacturer in the NAFTA region.”
The new web app is available at www.contitech.mobi/airsprings-us or can be loaded directly onto a smartphone by scanning the corresponding QR code found on information brochures and advertisements. The app finds the right ContiTech air spring when the user enters the competitor’s designation or the OE part number. A sub-menu makes it possible for the user to additionally obtain valuable product information such as technical data and drawings based on the ContiTech online catalogue.
