MHC Kenworth launches real-time visibility into truck repairs

Jan. 16, 2014

MHC Kenworth has launched a new online tool to allow customers real-time visibility into truck repairs. RoadPulse gives customers access to information from scheduling to invoicing.

“At MHC we do whatever it takes to ensure that our customers’ needs are being met,” said Darrin Weimer, director of service operations. “Our main goal with RoadPulse is to facilitate more efficient communication processes funneled beyond a phone call, keeping customers informed about their truck repairs from start to finish at any time of day or night.”

RoadPulse is available seven days a week, 24-hours a day to allow customers to schedule a repair or see the status of work at their convenience. Customers can choose to receive immediate status updates of repairs, and an automated repair complete notification is sent when the job is finished.

The system allows users to interact with MHC based on their preferred method of communication, whether it’s a phone call, text or email. Multiple profiles can be set up, allowing drivers to be notified immediately about the status of their truck.

To sign up for RoadPulse, visit mhctruck.com/dealers/roadpulse.

MHC is a network of over 90 locations, including 55 heavy and medium-duty truck dealers, 34 MHC Truck Leasing locations, four Carrier Transicold locations and a wholly-owned finance company, MHC Financial Services, covering 11 states. MHC features Kenworth, Hino, Ford, Volvo and Isuzu trucks.
