Kadinger Express has adopted a suite of Pegasus TransTech scanning solutions, moving quickly to adopt the technologies across its fleet of 35 company-owned vehicles and owner-operators. The company is requiring drivers to use Transflo Express truck stop scanning, Transflo Now in-cab scanning or Transflo Mobile smartphone scanning.
Kadinger is a Kenosha, WI-based cargo van carrier providing time-sensitive service nationwide.
Transflo Express offers over 950 full-service scan locations with 24/7 availability.
“We have already improved customer satisfaction,” said Brian Pearlman, principal of Kadinger Express. “Verification of delivery to customers is now almost immediate, receivables have been reduced by an average of five days and drivers are very pleased with the convenience of transmission of load and pay documents.”
The company previously allowed drivers to either fax documents or drop them off at its office. Now, all drivers are required to use one of Pegasus’ Transflo solutions.
Drivers can download Transflo Mobile for free on their personal smartphones and tablets.
