AssetWorks expands field service solutions

AssetWorks has announced an expansion of its field service solution to help companies comply with proposed FMCSA regulations on electronic logs.

Combining ELDs and in-office software, AssetWorks’ field service solution complies with both U.S. and Canadian HOS regulations, the company said, eliminating the need for paper logs, and simplifying compliance reporting for both inspections and audits.

“We’re pleased to be able to offer our customers a robust technology solution which improves their work management processes and increases the efficiency of their operations, while at the same time allowing them to easily manage compliance with important regulations such as ELDs and vehicle inspections,” said Mike Koebel, sales director at AssetWorks.

AssetWorks field service solution offers users a single platform for field ticketing, dispatch, IFTA data collection, vehicle and asset tracking, and pre/post trip vehicle inspection. The solution is available for use on a variety of devices, including phones and tablets running Android OS, as well as the AssetWorks Ranger, a fixed mount, in-vehicle computer.
