Sept. 30, 2014

Groendyke Transport, a tank truck carrier based in Enid, OK, has chosen to implement the Truckload Cost Information System (TL/CIS) from Transportation Costing Group (TCG).

The software will be integrated with the carrier’s enterprise management software.

“Team members throughout Groendyke Transport have evaluated various applications and believe TCG provides the most effective solution to ensure efficient USE of our resources, particularly in a capacity constrained environment,” said Michael J. Barnthouse, CFO for Groendyke. “We have a committed team of professionals who deliver excellence and we expect our partnership with TCG will promote continued success for Groendyke with the use of innovative systems such as this.”

Groendyke offers liquid bulk carrier service through more than 30 terminal locations to more than 800 retail, wholesale and rail-to-truck transfer sites.
