Internet Truckstop releases new mobile app

Nov. 5, 2014

Internet Truckstop has released a “newly configured” ITS Trucker app for iOS and Android devices. The app has been rebuilt with new functionality and an intuitive user interface, the company said.

“We continue to see a huge shift toward mobile,” said Peter Vomocil, vice president of marketing. “Our clients need to be able to access our system quickly and easily. The new version of ITS Trucker is our commitment to supporting our clients wherever they are and whenever they need us.”

According to the company, ITS Trucker has been re-engineered for speed and efficiency. An intuitive new motif allows quick navigation throughout the app. Users will also be able to set preferences for searching and posting, enabling them to find freight and post their trucks quickly.

A single click allows users to utilize “Get me Home” service which instantly finds loads near their current location that need to be hauled back to their home base.

The app is free to download and is available from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
