Mansoor Bajowala has been named vice president of professional services by Omnitracs. Bajowala will oversee professional services, technical services, implementation, and training for Omnitracs and the XRS business unit.

“To support Omnitracs’ recent growth, expanding technology portfolio and innovation pipeline, it’s critical that we have the best talent,” said David Post, President and COO of Omnitracs. “In the year ahead we’re focused on strengthening our core technologies and delivering exceptional value to our customers. With his extensive background, Mansoor offers a wealth of knowledge related to enhancing the client experience, and our team welcomes his leadership to support our 30,000 private and for-hire fleet customers.”

Bajowala has 15 years of consulting industry experience. He most recently served as director of professional services at Mitratech, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, offering enterprise legal management software. Prior to Mitratech, Bajowala was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, and Accenture.

“Omnitracs’ mission is to create a world class user experience while solving fleet customers’ current and future challenges,” said Bajowala. “As the newest member of the leadership team, I am excited about the opportunity to support and drive this mission. I look forward to playing a key role in bringing fully integrated telematics solutions—that further enhance end-to-end value—to our customers and partners across the transportation ecosystem.”
