Double Coin and CMA has released its latest video, which, the company said, provides insight into Double Coin technology, manufacturing standards, and its products.
According to the company, the new video touches on advances in Double Coin’s casing construction, enhanced tread compounds and channel siping.
“Double Coin uses the latest technology available to improve both productivity and tire quality,” said Aaron Murphy, vice president of CMA. “Used at Double Coin’s manufacturing facilities are high output 4 drum tire building machines that enhance quality construction and consistency as well as electron beam innerliner curing process. This state-of-the-art technology allows for more consistent curing throughout the tire’s internal compounds, enhancing tire performance, strength and durability.
The new video also highlights Double Coin’s SmartWay OptiGreen Series of fuel-efficient tires and encourages viewers to learn about the benefits of Double Coin’s Smart Money Fleet Program.
