Transflo 2012 solution receives update

Oct. 26, 2012

Pegasus TransTech has released updates to its Transflo 2012. The new Transflo 2012 R2 solution now includes a variety of capabilities to enhance the user experience, increase efficiency and improve document security, the company said.

One of the many updates is the capability to read 2D and 3D barcodes, Pegasus TransTech said. The new release also allows users to store and retrieve native file types including Microsoft Office and Excel files, and a vast array of audio, video, and graphic files. Files no longer need to be converted and accident/claim photos can be easily retrieved and sent from the Transflo system in their high resolution, original state.

“Pegasus TransTech is committed to providing first-class technology solutions,” said Bob Helms, chairman & CEO of Pegasus TransTech. “The latest Transflo document management system supports this commitment, giving our customers the most up-to-date tools to increase efficiency, automate business processes, and speed access to delivery documents.”
Security enhancements include the ability to streamline and automate administrative tasks such as creating user accounts and assigning security permissions.

An improved web-based viewing application, called ezView, allows users to retrieve content from the documents via a web browser interface for quicker access to electronic documents.

With Transflo Workflow, customers are able to automate and streamline timely business processes such as driver payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintenance, recruiting, detention, and collections.
