Accellos has purchased Columbus, OH-based vSync, a provider of EDI and shipping compliance solutions built specifically for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics AX. Accellos is a provider of logistics, warehouse, 3PL, transportation and mobile resource management solutions.
Terms were not disclosed.
