Fleets could cut their shipping costs as much as 20% with the new Version 1.2 of Accellos One’s Optimize software, according to the developer.

Fleets could cut their shipping costs as much as 20% with the new Version 1.2 of Accellos One’s Optimize software, according to the developer.

Fleets can reduce miles driven and improve delivery times and fleet asset management by using Optimize to take orders from existing order management, ERP, warehouse management system or transportation management system, apply fleet-specific rules and constraints and then develops loads and routes, according to Accellos.

The updated version includes new features such as support for backhauls, integrated traffic management, integration with Microsoft Bing Maps and location browsing. It has also added integration with Accellos One Warehouse and the upcoming Accellos One Workspace.
