Doran Manufacturing has released the 360HD tire pressure monitoring system, which monitors up to 36 tires in trucks, tractors and trailers through wireless tire pressure sensors that transmit signals to an in-cab monitor, the company said.

According to Doran, the system works with either dual wheel or wide base single configurations, alerting a driver through audible and visual alarms. The system pays for itself in less than nine months for fleets that drive over 100,000 miles per year, and can be installed in about an hour, the company said.

The monitor includes a digital LCD screen with backlit display and four-way navigational buttons, and the system contains a sleep mode that monitors tire pressure when the vehicle is off, alerting the driver when they next turn on the ignition.
