FleetOwner reviews the 2026 Silverado EV Trail Boss: power, range, and versatility

The 2026 Silverado EV Trail Boss impresses with a 494-mile range, onboard power outlets, and a versatile Multi-Flex Midgate, setting new standards for electric trucks.

FleetOwner recently tested out the 2026 Silverado EV Trail Boss. The high-tech truck's 494-mile range, onboard power with up to 11 outlets, Multi-Flex Midgate, and more make this one impressive machine.

"The Multi-Flex Midgate elongates the bed of the truck by knocking down the walls of the cab," FleetOwner reported in its review. "Simply fold the seats forward and press two buttons to bring the walls flush with the truck bed. The rear glass can also be stowed away safely within the truck if hauling taller equipment or supplies. The whole process—even when stowing the glass—takes two to three minutes."
