First stop, Mississippi
Shortly after Mack Trucks presented ATA with a Vision 70-in. high-rise sleeper for use in the group's Share the Road highway safety program, ATA diverted the vehicle to Mississippi, where 1,176 cases of bottled water provided by Wal-Mart were delivered to victims of Hurricane Katrina. With that mission completed, the rig, which includes a trailer donated by GE Trailer Services, will go back to its regularly scheduled cross-country tour.
