Four premium Dunlop brand commercial truck tire casings will now be covered by a six-year warranty, marking the first time Dunlop has offered that long a warranty for the products.

The casings include the Dunlop SP193 FM, the Dunlop SP384 FM, the Dunlop SP456 FM and the Dunlop SP464 in sizes 11R22.5, 11R24.5, 285/75R24.5 and 295/75R22.5.

The SP193FM, the SP384 FM and the SP456 FM are all on EPA’s SmartWay list of verified technologies.

“The enhanced warranty gives Dunlop dealers a major competitive advantage when selling these four casings and promoting the Dunlop brand overall,” said Larry Tucker, segment marketing manager. “It’s a premium warranty that complements the premium technology found in Dunlop truck tires.”

If retreaded by a Goodyear authorized retreader, the casings will be warranted for covered conditions for an unlimited number of retreads for a period of six years from the date of the casing serial number or proof of purchase, if available, Dunlop said.

A copy of the warranty is available here.
