According to Precision Fleet Brakes, testing of its cryogenically processed rotors for the Dodge Sprinter using SAE 2707 Method B proves they last two and a half times longer than traditional OE rotors. The testing was conducted by Greening Testing Laboratories.
“All of our rotors are rigorously tested by Greening Laboratories, one of the largest independent laboratories in the nation,” said Zane McCarthy, president & CEO, Precision Fleet Brakes. “The latest results for the Dodge Sprinter van prove, once again, that our rotors simply last longer than traditional OE rotors.”
Cryogenic brake technology treats rotors through the use of very low temperatures, the company said, helping the rotors outlast original equipment and resulting in increased vehicle uptime and cost savings. Precision Fleet Brakes conforms to or exceeds the material specs of SAE J431 and SAE G3000.
