CPR offers cash or credit to customers who return new, unused parts from their stock. Initially, customers receive 25% of the value of the products returned with an agreement to return a predetermined number of parts over a given period of time. Upon completion of the agreement, customers will receive full credit for returned parts, Navistar said.

“CPR goes beyond a loyalty program and becomes a way that our customers can secure real working capital from unused, outdated parts,” said Michael Cancelliere, senior vp & gm for Navistar Parts in North America.

The CPR program provides credit through any card in Navistar’s Fleet Charge network to track parts purchases and corresponding credit amounts. Interested customers can contact any International truck or IC Bus dealership.
