Fontaine Modification names Eichinger to lead vocational truck operations

Nov. 5, 2013

Nate Eichinger has been named vocational operations manager, overseeing the vocational truck operations for Fontaine Modification. Eichinger will direct all production and scheduling of all of Fontaine’s vocational truck facilities nationwide.

Eichinger joined Fontaine Modification in 2011. He previously served as manager of its Laredo, Texas, facility and as Southern region production manager. When the company re-opened its Springfield, Ohio, modification center in 2012, Eichinger was called on to lead the start-up process. By December, he was fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility, including production, quality control and management of project completion dates.

“Over the past two years, Nate has made a big impact on our company,” says Paul Kokalis, president of Fontaine Modification. “He jumped into a leadership role in Laredo and then led the successful re-start of the Springfield facility. In a short time, he had that modification center operating in accordance with Fontaine’s high standards for safety, quality and efficiency. We are confident in Nate’s ability to handle this new responsibility.”

In his new role, Eichinger will supervise Fontaine’s vocational truck modification centers in Charlotte, NC, Williamstown, WV, and Springfield.
