LOUISVILLE. Mudguard Technologies has introduced a new line of aerodynamic mud flaps for the trucking industry.

The V-Flap II is a second-generation product, following up on the V-Flap, which was first introduced in 2010.

V-Flap II’s features vanes on the front and back of the mud flap, rounded corners, improved air-flow design and extra mounting holes to accommodate special mounting for single wide based tires. The new design improves aerodynamics, increases spray suppression, and improves structural strength, the company said.

“With zero percentage return and defect rate of V-Flap mud flaps, V-Flap II will come with 100% performance guarantee and lifetime warrantee against workmanship,” said Tarun N Surti, President of Mudguard Technologies. “We look forward to building existing relationships and gaining new customers with a superior design at an affordable price.”

The flap also features seven mounting holes to increase mounting configurations. They are availalble in 24 x 24 in., 24 x 27 in., and 24 x 30 in. sizes.
