Continental Tire North America (CTNA) has announced price increases up to 10% on all Continental, General, Semperit and Private Brand truck tires, effective October 1, 2008.

Varying by market line and tire size, the increase is in response to the escalation of raw material prices, including natural rubber, steel, carbon black and crude oil, CTNA said.
