• Fuel filtering cart

    Feb. 9, 2012

The Racor Division of Parker Hannifin Corp. has released a new fuel polishing cart, designed to help filter fuels such as diesel, biodiesel, and other petroleum hydrocarbon fluids.

The cart processes fuel at 20 gpm and has 1-in. cam-lock fittings for easy connections. It also includes the FBO-14 fuel filter, which does not require any tools for filter changes and offers many replacement filter options for any application.

The all-aluminum construction results in a lighter product that is both easy to maneuver and durable.

According to Racor, the cart polishes, cleans up, and recycles old or contaminated fuel. It can also be used in preventative maintenance practices to keep fuel tanks clean, or as a servicing unit to clean up fuel tanks that have become contaminated with rain, sea water, dirt, rust, and microbial growth.
